Nicknamed Bill.

Bill graduated with a degree in Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1938. He joined the Navy in 1940, serving during Worlk War II. HE attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Bill spent most of his career and retired in 1976 from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (his job was “Engineer”). He died of prostate cancer at the Casey House in Rockville, MD. He and his wife Pamela were residents of Bethesda, MD for 60 years. His favorite hobby was sailing on his boat called “Peace”.
