Obituary in Richmond paper: Miss Walker Rites Set Here - Funeral services for Miss M. Bessie Walker of Locust Grove, a Richmond resident for about 57 years, were to be held at 2pm today a the Christian Funeral Home her with burial in Hollywood Cemetery. Miss Walker, a native of Locust Grove, King and Queen County, made her home in richmond from 1900 until about two years ago, when she moved back to the family home. An alumna of Bowling Green Female Seminary, she was for several years secretary to the late Del. Albet Boshen of Richmond. She was a member of the Seventh Street Christian Church. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Alice W. Lovett of Walkerton, and a brother, J. Henley Walker Sr. of Richmond.
