1859 Wm H. Hubbard stated in a codicil to his will that should his beloved wife Ann not survive him, he desired that his money & furnishings (1104 Broad St Richmond Va) be bequeathed to his adopted daughter - Anna Hubbard Gardner, according to what he believe to be his wife’s wishes. His wife survived him slightly less than 5 months.
